Dream Builder, Shamanic Coaching begins with a two-hour exploratory session where we'll discuss and strategize how to shift, blend, bend and alter your life, opening you to a new personal frequency for change to happen.

A personalized Training Intensive can be created to support your specific skill set and learning desires.  Each "curriculum" is designed and created to explore what you want to learn, expand your current skill set, move beyond your perceived limitations and give form to what you are passionate to share with the world.  Private, one and, two-day intensives offer:

• Clarification of what energetic skills you're bringing through.
• Assistance in learning, and refining, how this energy moves through your body.
• Opportunities to learn how you can increase your energetic power and mental focus.
• Strengthening your connection with your inner healers and healing team.
• Provide you with an opportunity to work with "client volunteers" who can offer immediate feedback.

PERSONALLY GUIDED SPIRITUAL RETREATS (P. G. S. R.)
Have you ever attended a presentation, workshop, or retreat and felt like you were on the edge of a significant breakthrough but needed additional time, focus or attention from the facilitator?  If you have, then you know what a difference a block of focused time with the facilitator can offer.  

It is out of my own desire for more intensive time with teachers that the "Personally Guided Spiritual Retreat" was created.  As the name implies, every retreat is as different, and unique, as the individual that requests it. These two-day private, in-house retreats allow for: 

• Unfolding and processing issues in a variety of ways. 
• Creating and participating in "Living Rituals" encourages you to go deep. 
• Develop strategies for healing, forgiving, moving through and releasing unresolved pain, sorrow, trauma, and heartbreak. 
• Focus on personal transformation, self-honoring, boundary setting, declaring sovereignty, returning what's not yours, and reclaiming what rightfully belongs to you.

Sometimes reading a book helps.  Frequently attending a workshop opens the doorway.  If you're ready to have a "breakthrough", to move into completion on issues you keep recycling, give yourself permission to drop in and focus.
